Hunting Weekend: Are you looking for a place to spend a weekend getaway with your hunter friends?
Hunting is a true art, requiring time and energy, but at the same time, it offers an array of indescribable emotions.
And what could be better than sharing this passion with your friends, spending days immersed in nature, perhaps even in the company of your dogs?
After an intense workweek, you can set off on Friday and reach one of our reserves.
Enjoy an excellent dinner, a good wine, and then rest up to be ready for the next morning.
On Saturday and Sunday, spend two days hunting, where you can appreciate the hospitality of our staff and our hunting lodges: a hot coffee and some biscuits upon your arrival, changing rooms and showers at your disposal to freshen up after spending the morning around the reserve with companions and helpers, and finally, if you wish to stay for lunch, you can savor the delicious local dishes.
Then you head back home, recharged to face a new week.
For dog enthusiasts, we offer two meticulously Made in Italy hunting reserves: the Rivergaro reserve, nestled in the beautiful and rigorous hills of Piacenza, rich in wonderful and authentic places, and the San Fiorano reserve, hidden among the gentle hills and sweet plateaus of the Marche region, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino.
The Rivergaro Reserve – Montefeltro in the Province of Piacenza
A paradise for dog lovers and a 1,000-hectare area that welcomes pheasants, partridges, quails, and red-legged partridges, the Rivergaro reserve is located at the beginning of the Trebbia Valley, about 90 minutes from Turin, Genoa, and Bologna.
But the opportunities offered by the Rivergaro reserve are not limited to small game hunting. Beautiful high stands await ungulate enthusiasts to fully experience the magic of Italian hunting. In the late afternoon, you can try going out to the high stands in anticipation of wild boar.
Trying your hand at hunting with a dog or wild boar hunting, in the company of someone who shares the same passions, will make your hunting weekend a memorable experience.
Near the Montefeltro Rivergaro hunting reserve, you can also explore tourist spots: you might consider taking a stroll through Piacenza or visiting Grazzano Visconti, or even enjoying a wine tasting at one of the nearby wineries!
The San Fiorano Reserve in Cagli
In Cagli, just half an hour from Urbino—a city with a millennia-long history where the Renaissance atmosphere is palpable and home to Benelli Armi—and from Gubbio, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Italy, lies the San Fiorano reserve.
The hunting ground covers an area of about 2,000 hectares and consists of hills primarily cultivated with alfalfa, alternating with oak woods, uncultivated lands, lakes, streams, and rivers.
This is the perfect place for hunting stays and truly authentic hunts with your hunting dogs or those of the reserve. Thanks to the vastness of the territories and their extensive visibility, observing the work of your faithful hunting companion will be easy.
The San Fiorano reserve is also the ideal place to visit the inland areas where ancient villages, medieval settlements enclosed by walls, castles, and fortresses overlooking the hills still survive.
Devoting yourself entirely to your passion by spending a few days with your family or friends has never been so easy.
