Program
Day 1 – Arrival and Welcome in Gavi
- Arrival: Private transfer from Milan airport to La Centuriona Hunting Reserve.
- Accommodation: Check-in at the reserve, surrounded by vineyards.
- Evening: Welcome dinner featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes and local wines. After dinner, relax with a moonlit walk through the hills or try an evening wild boar hunt.
- Overnight: At the reserve.
Day 2 – English-Style Drive for Pheasants and Partridges
- Morning: After breakfast, transfer to the reserve for an exciting English-style drive hunt. Amidst woods and fields, experience the elegance of traditional hunting, supported by expert beaters and trained dogs.
- Lunch: Tasting of local delicacies at the lodge within the reserve.
- Afternoon: Free time to explore Gavi, renowned for its historic fortress and DOCG white wine.

Day 3 – Hunting with Pointing Dogs and Visit to Portofino
- Morning: After breakfast, enjoy a day of pheasant hunting with pointing dogs. Watching the precise and harmonious work of the dogs in a picturesque setting will make this a truly unique experience.
- Lunch: A luxurious picnic near the reserve, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

Day 4 – Selective Hunting and a Day in Milan
- Morning: Check out and return to Gavi.

- Evening: After the hunt, transfer to Milan for dinner at a renowned city restaurant.

Day 5 – Explore Milan and Departure
